Join us for a day of deer butchery where you will have the opportunity to take part in butchering and processing a deer from start to finish. We will talk you through the various cuts and what they are used for. We will also give you an in-depth talk on Hide-Tanning and also demonstrate how to make useful items such as cordage, fishing hooks and candles from the leftover sinew, bones and tallow.
You will also have the chance to cook what you have butchered!
